Is the price I see the final price?

Yes. The booking calculator shows one final payable amount including the cleaner's time, products and VAT where it applies. Nothing is added afterwards.
Why is there a two-hour minimum?

Two hours is the shortest visit that lets a cleaner travel to you and complete a room properly. Above that you can adjust the time in 30-minute steps.
How long will my clean take?

As a guide, a 2 bed and 1 bathroom home takes around 2.5 to 3 hours for a regular clean, and roughly double for a first deep clean. Extra rooms and extra tasks add about 30 minutes each.
Do recurring cleans cost less per hour?

The hourly rate is the same £19.00 whether you book weekly, fortnightly or one-off. Recurring customers keep the same cleaner and can pause or cancel at any time.
When am I charged?

You pay securely online when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Recurring plans are charged per visit, not upfront for the whole plan.
How is commercial cleaning priced?

Offices, retail units, care homes and managed blocks are quoted individually based on size, frequency and access. Request a quote and we come back with a fixed monthly price.
